The home page for the Big Fun Reading Room is a Schoolroom with an alphabet activity and the two main features: the Reading Game, and the RealEFun Books. |

The RealEFun books allow the child to choose to have the book read, to have help reading it, and to read it unaided**. There is also a word list at the end of each book. There are presently twelve books in English and Spanish. (For titles, please see the RealEFun Theater below.)

The Schoolroom also offers other activities, such as the Memory Game, the Opposites Game, and the Reading Card Game. |

The Reading Game introduces the child to 55 beginner's words in 44 programmed lessons, with auditory and visible feedback. |

The EcoWall allows the child to explore slideshows of a variety of ecosystems, featuring beautiful images from the real world. |

Each ecosystem slide show introduces the child audibly and visually to more advanced words for scenes, plants, and animals found in the ecosystem. Other activities featuring the ecosystem scenes are also available. |

The Reading Card Game helps the child form associations between objects and their names (in six languages). |

The Opposites Activity introduces the child to the concept of opposites. |

The Play Room offers the child an opportunity for amusement with other manipulative activities, such as puzzles, stickers, and blocks. |

The Puzzle Activity allows the child to assemble (and print) a puzzle made from an Ecosystem image. Puzzles are available in three levels of difficulty. |

The Stickers Activity allows the child to compose and print scenes using characters and items from the RealEFun books. |

When you child is connected to the internet, fresh new pages appear in the coloring book for your child to select and print to color. |

The Block Activity allows the child to arrange virtual blocks in a variety of ways. |

The Playroom features musical activities, including a boom-box, drums, and a piano. |

The Schoolroom offers other activities, such as word-based and alphabet-based Matching Games. |
